Ingredients:
- 200 g chicken thigh fillet (cut into chunks)
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- oil for deep frying (~1 inch deep)
Marinade:
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 inch of ginger (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- a dash of salt & pepper
- a few drops of sesame oil
How to:
- in a big bowl, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes to an hour
- mix the plain and tapioca flour and dust the chicken
- heat your oil for 5 minutes and deep fry the chicken till golden brown
- serve with Japanese mayonnaise for 2
