Tofu Fritter 1

















Ingredients:
  • 100 g minced pork
  • 100 g hard tofu (mashed)
  • 4 shitake mushrooms (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp dried shrimps (finely chopped)
  • 1 shallot (finely chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely choped)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • oil for frying
How to:
  • mix all the ingredient in a big bowl
  • heat the oil in a frying pan (~1 cm deep) for about 5 minutes
  • take a spoonful of the mixture and fry till golden brown
  • serve for 2
