Ingredients:
- 2 serving of greens
- 1 small tomato (cut into chunks)
- 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)
Dressing:
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin/Japanese sweet cooking wine
- 2 tbsp komezu/Japanese rice vinegar
- 4 tbsp virgin olive oil
- 0.5 tsp sugar
- mix everything evenly in a big bowl - how easy can this be?
