Salad with Oil-based Dressing



Ingredients:
  • 2 serving of greens
  • 1 small tomato (cut into chunks)
  • 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)
Dressing:
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin/Japanese sweet cooking wine
  • 2 tbsp komezu/Japanese rice vinegar
  • 4 tbsp virgin olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp sugar
How to:
  • mix everything evenly in a big bowl - how easy can this be?
